Cystoscopy
Southwater referrals offers multiple options to diagnose and treat issues of the urinary and genital systems. We have a range of rigid and flexible cameras and we can use them alongside minimally invasive surgical techniques to diagnose and treat a lot of different conditions.
In females it is more straight forward to sample and biopsy. In males though it is more difficult and requires state of the art cameras to access the bladder via the penis. We are proud to have just such equipment, minimising the need for open surgery. If more access is needed for things such as stone or masses then a camera assisted approach can be employed to make tiny incisions.
