We can either liaise via yourselves, offering appointment options you can speak to your clients about, or we can speak directly to them, with your consent. We will keep you updated with appointment times and outcomes.
Yes. We offer an ‘outpatient’ CT service, where we will image the areas in question, and send the information directly back to yourselves. Our external CT processing partners, ‘Veheri’ usually process the reports within 6-10 hours of the upload. You will receive this report before the client and thus remain in full control of the case.
After initial contact via email, the online referral form here, or direct phone call here we usually maintain contact via email. We provide digital referral letter and images that can attach to the client files as PDFs. We endeavour to supply initial correspondence within 24-28 hours of the primary appointment. There will often be follow-up image or medical decisions which will be communicated via follow up emails.
We have advanced surgical, imaging, diagnostic and oncological services. See here .We can provide most orthopaedic, soft tissue, arthroscopic and laparoscopic surgical services. We have CT, digital x-rays, and all endoscopes. We offer an oncology clinic with tailored surgical and chemotherapeutic services including electrochemotherapy.
We appreciate urgent cases (fracture repair, CT scans) are very important to be seen as soon as possible. In these cases please phone directly on 01952 309306. Even if we are busy we will prioritise these cases. For semi-elective surgery, oncological, imaging cases we will usually be able to book the clients in within 3-7 days.
